I have been working in the legal market for over 15 years, for the last 10 years as a legal recruitment consultant and before that during more than 5 years as a lawyer and as a management consultant with well-known firms in Munich. During this time, I have built a comprehensive network, extensive market knowledge and an impressive track record.

I only take on assignments for which I can see a high probability of success within a reasonable time frame. For each assignment, I develop a tailor-made search strategy, making the most of both my own comprehensive network and a highly professional and discreet direct search approach. By doing so, I can also reach out to candidates who are not actively looking for a new position – often the best in (and not only on) the market.
Upon instruction I immediately start the search and usually deliver results within two to three weeks. Afterwards, I am happy to advise you during the entire hiring process until your preferred candidate starts with you.
It is however essential for my approach to frankly and directly tell you should there be any aspect that may prevent a successful search for you. In my view, this only strengthens trust between you and me.
